Wesley Bohannon - Naked And Savage
Well, that title sounds pretty risque... But no worries, I've just roughed up a demo of my version of The Mission's Naked And Savage. I plan on further tweaks to the song. I'm not happy with the way the initial lyric sounds, kind of clipped on the initial two words. I'd like to modify the drums a bit as the song progresses for more dynamics too. Who knows what else I'll do... I recorded the vocals, backing vocals, guitar and bass. The electronic drum is a Apple loop. The other drums are midi drums that I created as best I could with recording and tweaking.

I just listened to this in the car while driving in the gloomy misty rain, and it sure set the mood. I would back off on the vocal reverb which seems to add too much hiss to the plosives and sibilance. Could use some minor mods to vary up the verses. Good dynamic mix... sounded great in the car.
